for Workshops in the Studio at Luna Parc.

Introduction to mosaic tiling
These ONE day courses are designed to give fundamental hands on information to the modern technique of mosaic also known as Picassiette and Tren Cadis.

These courses will be conducted on the grounds of Luna Parc, taught by mosaic Master artist Ricky Boscarino aka: Ricky of Luna Parc.

Each Participant will create their own 12”x18”  panel to take home and all materials are included.  Participants may also bring their own tile or ceramic pieces as well to create a unique personal panel.

In the allotted time students will learn Ricky’s unique method of tiling which can be translated to walls or other surfaces. Because of time constraints, the final finished grouting will be demonstrated but participants will need to complete this step at home.

One day course Cost -$120 includes all materials and lunch.

Schedule 10am -5pm with a one hour lunch break.

What you need to bring: safety glasses, work gloves.   Optional:  Bring ceramic pieces if you choose.

Participants must be at least 18 years of age or 16 if a parent or guardian is taking the course as well.
If you have any dietary requirements you must notify us when you register.
Payments must be made in full at time of registration and refunds will only be given if we are notified more than 4 weeks before the course is scheduled. There will be no refunds given less than 4 weeks before the course.

Come with an open mind and some ideas and you’ll come away from the course inspired to create your own mosaic work.  Every effort is made to create a safe and inspiring environment. 

By registering you agree that safety eyewear will be worn when cracking or nipping tiles and ceramic and that Luna Parc / Ricky Boscarino is not liable for injury due to misuse of tools.

Once you have taken a workshop here at Luna Parc, there will be opportunities to be a part of the ongoing mosaics here at Luna Parc.  These dates to be announced
